Mertailor ships worldwide using UPS and USPS.  With a few possible exceptions, we can get your Mertailor items shipped anywhere you want them to go!

Order Processing:

Orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed and will be shipped within the time frame stated on individual product pages, and likely sooner.  Choosing an expedited shipping option will reduce shipping times, but will not necessarily expedite the processing of your order.

Please contact customer service at info@themertailor.com if you have waited a little too long to make your purchase and have concerns it may not arrive in time for an event or vacation departure. When possible, we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Items notated “In Stock” are available for purchase but may require manufacturing.    Not all items are available for immediate shipment (please see individual product pages for specific information).  With the help and talent of an incredible staff, we produce ALL of our products in our Studio in Crystal River, Florida.  Orders that include items that must be manufactured will promptly move into production and ship as soon as complete.  Please do not let the ship times shown on the product pages deter you from your purchase.  We are more often ahead of schedule than just “on time” and many items are available for immediate shipment.

All silicone products are custom made and have their own manufacturing times.  Please see individual product pages for this information.

Please be sure to allow for shipping time when estimating the delivery date of your order.

  • Most Florida shipments arrive day after shipment
  • Expedited shipping options available (does not expedite processing time of order)
  • Travel days for expedited shipping do not include day of pickup
  • Does not deliver to PO boxes
  • Does not include Saturday delivery
  • Saturday delivery may be available for an additional fee

International Shipments and Import Fees

Customer is responsible for payment of all import fee, duties, taxes and other third party handling fees that may be assessed by your Country for international shipments.  These amounts are not included in the shipping charges paid when placing your order and must be paid to the carrier before final delivery of your package will be made.  Import fees are typical and are based on the value of merchandise purchased.  Purchase price will be accurately reflected on the commercial invoice required when processing international shipments.  Refusal to pay assessed fees will result in the return or abandonment of your package and additional fees incurred that will impact or completely negating any eligible refund.  Please familiarize yourself with your Countries import fees and policies.

Shipping Costs

Shipping options and costs can be estimated prior to checkout once you have added all items you to your cart,  as follows:

  • Click on the shopping bag, top right corner of your screen
  • Click “View and Edit Cart”
  • Click Estimate Shipping and Tax*
  • Enter Country, State/Province and Zip/Postal code

You will be given several shipping options, including costs for your review

*Tax pertains to Florida States Sales Tax for orders delivered within the State of Florida only and does not include International import fees.

At Check Out

You will be shown shipping options and final shipping costs before entering your payment method at checkout. At checkout you MUST enter a complete shipping address before shipping options will be shown. If you are only given the “Pick Up in Store” option for shipping, some address information may be missing or the shipping carrier databases do not recognize the address as a deliverable address.  Please review the information you have entered.  If you continue to have difficulties please contact customer service at info@themertailor.com for further assistance.

Tracking

Once your order is processed for shipment you will receive an automated email from Mertailor or an email notification directly from UPS.   Please be aware that these notifications may deliver to your spam folder.  Please use the shipping carriers’ webpage to accurately track the delivery date of your package.
