SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
We ship orders Worldwide via UPS, DHL, and USPS. Please note UPS and DHL cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. To deliver to a P.O. Box you must choose USPS as your shipping carrier. Please be sure to allow for shipping time/days in transit when placing your order and choosing your method of shipment. Carriers do not include day of pick-up when determining their transit times. Stock item orders over $200.00 in value will require a signature for delivery. All custom orders require an Adult signature for delivery.All shipments will include applicable use and care instructions and return instructions for stock items only. Mertailor LLC insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. **(please see note below)
Orders for stock items are normally processed for shipment next business day after order placement.
Although every effort is made to process stock item orders next day, please allow 2-3 day processing times during periods of high sales volume, such as holidays and beginning of summer. To avoid disappointment, please do not wait until the last minute to place your order during these times.
Special delivery requests for stock items should be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org . Doing so will help avoid confusion and disappointment. Placing an order “Today” and choosing a “Next Day” shipping option does not guarantee you will receive your order “Tomorrow”. We will try to accommodate emergency situations for same day processing of stock item orders on a case by case basis. To be considered, your order must be placed through our website, charges approved and the order received in our system before 12:00 noon EST. Requests notated in order comments will not be seen until the next day. A separate request must be made by email or phone call to our studio after order placement. Every effort will be made by Mertailor staff members to accommodate your special handling requests but cannot be guaranteed.
UPS or DHL shipping is recommended for custom products. **
Orders for custom items will be shipped upon completion with every effort to meet estimated manufacturing times. Please note, due to the custom nature of these products, some delays in completion and shipping may occur. Please do not schedule special events, photoshoots, vacation planning based on estimated completion dates. Completion dates for custom products are estimated and may vary. Mertailor assumes no responsibility for events scheduled before delivery of purchase.
We require an adult signature to confirm acceptance of each Mertailor custom product delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
If purchaser has specified a recipient other than himself to receive delivery of order (i.e. gift recipient, hotel, etc), it is understood and agreed that evidence of signature by such recipient, and/or delivery to specified address, is evidence of delivery and fulfillment of the sale contract by Mertailor LLC and transfers responsibility to the recipient in the same way as if the product had been delivered to purchaser.
**Mertailor LLC insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. The purchase of insurance adequate to cover the cost of some custom items is not available through USPS to some shipping locations. In such cases, we will contact you to propose other shipping arrangements. These changes may incur and require payment of additional fees. Mertailor will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping which could not be properly insured as a result of customer’s shipping method choice.

Orders with backordered items may be held for shipment up to 3 business days to allow for shipment of complete order. If items will not be available to ship within 3 business days we will contact you with options to modify, partial ship, hold backorder and/or refund/adjust as necessary. Note: This does not apply to items listed as “Back Ordered” on our website or on “Pre-Sale” items.
